The Terms and Conditions of Sale below refer to the sale of products on the internet pages accessible via the URL www.gioshop.eu, created for the exclusive sale of leather items such as women's and men's bags, belts and wallets, accessories of clothing, to private consumers and companies in compliance with Italian legislation on distance contracts.

The supplier of the products is the firm PELLETTERIE GIO of GIUSEPPINA BATTISTINI, with fiscal office in Via Ugo Foscolo 16, 37011 Bardolino (Verona), VAT number 03132280276, tax code BTTGPP70R62G693A.

Before sending the order, we invite customers to read the terms and conditions of sale carefully and to print or save them on durable media. Any changes to these sales conditions will be effective from the time of publication on the site and will be applied only to sales concluded after publication.

The sending of the order by the Customer is valid as acceptance of the conditions of sale published and in force at that time.

The prices of all the products shown on these internet pages, and shown on the linked portals (for example Google Shopping), are valid only for the purchase through these pages. Orders that want to be picked up at our store, must be completed and confirmed through this website and report the choice as Payment Method and Shipping: "Cash, collection at our headquarters". Presenting yourself directly at the site of our business open to the public (our shop) without having already completed an order does not allow you to take advantage of the prices published on these pages.

A. Order procedure

1) registration

To complete an order in the online store you must be registered. To register you need to enter your data by clicking on the register item on the GioShop Online page and fill out the form with your data. Once registered, for each subsequent purchase it will be sufficient to insert in the appropriate email and password spaces with which you have registered.

By registering, the customer gives his consent to the processing and communication of his personal data in accordance with the current privacy regulations.

2) selection and selection of products

To insert a product in your shopping cart you need to select it from the list and click on the item add to cart or on the cart image with the arrow.

Each product has a product sheet with the complete technical description of the product itself, in which the price including VAT is indicated.

All the selected products will end up in your shopping cart. To continue to complete the order, choose the item go to the cashier.

By pressing the CONFIRM THE ORDER PURCHASE ORDER button you will definitely confirm the order and you will reach the page Completed Order.

At this point, an e-mail confirming the order will be sent to the e-mail address entered at the time of registration, detailing the products ordered and the instructions for making the payment.

The payment of the order can be done with:

In case of payment to the courier COD during the delivery of the goods, an amount of € 8.00 is charged which is added to the total cost of the order.

The company PELLETTERIE GIO of GIUSEPPINA BATTISTINI undertakes, in accordance with the law, to promptly inform the Customer of the unavailability of the product ordered. In this case the buyer is promptly contacted and informed about the new time needed to process the order or about the possibility of replacing the missing product with one of the same value or similar type proposed by us.

B. Delivery methods

Shipment

The shipment of the purchased goods takes place only by express courier. The shipment, upon verification of payment, is made within 10 working days from the arrival of the payment. The verification of the payment can take a few days for payment by bank transfer.

The delivery note and the payment receipt (private) or the accompanying invoice (companies with VAT number) will be sent along with the goods. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall apply.

Shipping prices

The shipping costs for Italy, for all the products on these pages, cost € 8.00. While they are free for orders over 100 euros.

The shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly stated in the order execution. The payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when ordering. Nothing is more due by the Customer than the total order shown at the end of the purchase procedure.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when the transport mode is selected and will appear in the final summary with a separate item; this will allow you to check the shipping cost before placing the order.

Shipment quality

Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what was ordered and indicated in the transport document;
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged; otherwise the "ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" clause must be indicated in the transport document of the courier, specifying in pen the description of the anomaly found. Any problems concerning the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery (the date shown in the courier's DDT) will be considered valid.

C. Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, even without a specific reason, within 10 working days following the day on which the goods were received. In this case, the Customer must send a certified e-mail to pelletteriegio@open.legalmail.it or registered letter A.R. (the date of shipment indicated by the post office will apply) to the following address: PELLETTERIE GIO di GIUSEPPINA BATTISTINI, piazza Giacomo Matteotti 29, 37011 Bardolino (Verona); it must indicate the products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, in addition to the data relating to the invoice (invoice date and progressive number) and to the bank account details on which to receive the reimbursement of the amount paid, excluding expenses of shipping. At this point the Customer, at his own expense, must send the goods, intact and in the original packaging, to the headquarters of PELLETTERIE GIO of GIUSEPPINA BATTISTINI (same address as the registered letter with return receipt), within 14 working days following the day on which it has received the goods. Once we receive the goods in question, we will refund the Customer by bank transfer to the current account indicated in the registered letter a.r. of the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, after verifying the integrity of the goods in question.

Withdrawal conditions

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

• the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;
• the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging. No refund will be made on products even once used, used or damaged, or without original packaging. Even temporary use of the purchased object invalidates the right to reimbursement;
• shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
• the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
• the firm PELLETTERIE GIO of GIUSEPPINA BATTISTINI is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
